Before booking a private evening, it’s important that expectations are clear on both sides. These Terms and Conditions outline how the service works, how payments and cancellations are handled, and what you can expect during the experience.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided under the names Naughty Tour and Naughty Taste, private guided nightlife orientation services based in Prague.
By submitting a booking request or participating in a tour, you agree to these terms.
This service is a private, time-based guidance experience. It is not escorting, not a dating service, and not a provider of physical or intimate services.
Naughty Tour (4 to 5 hours) and Naughty Taste (1 to 2 hours) are private guided introductions to selected nightlife venues in Prague, including bars, clubs and optional adult venues.

All decisions inside venues are entirely the client’s responsibility.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid photo identification may be requested before the tour begins.
By booking, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter adult venues in the Czech Republic.
A booking is confirmed only when:
Full payment must be received no later than 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
If payment is not received by that deadline, the booking is automatically cancelled and the time slot is released.
The provider is not obliged to hold unpaid reservations.
This is not a pay-on-arrival arrangement.
Payment secures the reserved time slot and preparation time. The service is exclusive to one client per evening.
Current pricing:
Venue entry fees (€10–25), drinks and any personal expenses are paid directly by the client.
Billing appears under a neutral and discreet description.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
Failure to complete payment at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time results in automatic cancellation.
If the client does not arrive within 15 minutes of the agreed meeting time without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
If the provider must cancel due to illness or exceptional circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Once the tour has begun, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Personality compatibility or subjective dissatisfaction is not grounds for refund.
The service is time-based. Payment covers reserved availability, preparation and structured guidance, not a guaranteed emotional experience.
Refunds are not provided if:
If the client is temporarily engaged with another guest, the guide will wait up to 10 minutes. After that, the structured portion may be considered complete.
If the client ends the evening early for personal reasons, no refund (partial or full) will be issued.
If the guide ends the tour due to inappropriate behaviour, excessive intoxication, aggression or boundary violations, no refund will be issued.
The service is strictly professional.
The guide will not engage in sexual activity or physical intimacy.
Any inappropriate requests may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.
Clients must respect venue rules and the consent and boundaries of others.
The guide provides general information about venues and etiquette.
All health-related decisions, including sexual health precautions, are solely the responsibility of the client.
The provider does not give medical advice.
Clients enter venues voluntarily and accept inherent personal risk.
Discretion is fundamental to this service.
Client information is handled according to the Privacy Policy published on this website.
No names, photos or identifying details will be published without explicit written consent.
Recording audio, video or images of the guide without permission is not permitted.
The service is limited to guidance and accompaniment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for:
All participation beyond guidance is undertaken at the client’s own discretion and risk.
Venues may change due to opening hours, capacity limits, private events or safety considerations.
The provider may adjust the structure of the evening to maintain quality and safety.
The provider is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, venue closures, illness or transport disruption.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes shall be subject to Czech jurisdiction.
This service is built on clarity, discretion and personal responsibility.
It provides structure, context and calm entry into Prague’s nightlife.
What you choose to do within that environment is entirely your decision.
